This gallery is operated by Gregg Takes Photos.

By accessing this gallery, downloading images, sharing images, or purchasing digital files, you agree to these terms.

1. Copyright and ownership

All photographs remain the copyright of Gregg Takes Photos. Downloading or purchasing an image does not transfer copyright ownership.

2. Free low-resolution downloads

Free downloads are provided as low-resolution, watermarked files for personal and social media use only.

You may:

- share the watermarked image on your personal social media

- use the image as a profile image

- credit or tag @greggtakesphotos where possible

You may not:

- remove, crop out, cover, or alter the watermark

- sell, license, or redistribute the image

- use the image for commercial, advertising, sponsorship, brand, or promotional purposes without written permission

- apply heavy edits, filters, AI edits, or changes that misrepresent the image or photographer’s work

3. Paid high-resolution downloads

Paid high-resolution downloads are supplied for personal use, including personal social media use and personal printing.

Unless agreed separately in writing, paid downloads may not be used for commercial advertising, business promotion, sponsorship, merchandise, resale, race/event marketing, publications, or media use.

4. Image editing

Basic cropping for social media is allowed. Please do not apply filters, heavy colour edits, AI alterations, or remove metadata/watermarks in a way that changes the original style or authorship of the image.

5. Gallery access

Gallery links, passwords, and download PINs must not be shared publicly unless the gallery has been clearly published as a public gallery.

6. Removal requests

If you are shown in an image and would like it removed from the public gallery, please contact [email address] with the image number or screenshot. I will review and remove images where appropriate.

7. Digital orders and refunds

Digital downloads are delivered electronically. Once a digital file has been accessed or downloaded, refunds may not be available unless there is a technical issue or the wrong file has been supplied.

8. Liability

Gregg Takes Photos is not responsible for unauthorised copying, screenshots, downloads, or sharing by other gallery users once images have been made available online.
